This is the second stint on Congress Street after running Paisuratl at Christmas Market last year.
The menu features familiar favorites such as Beef Tartare (from Black Swan at Oldstead), Kimchi Fried Chicken (Award-winning pub The Abbey Inn, Byland's pie), and specialist cocktails such as Tommy's Turbo Shandy.
Tommy said: “I'm really excited to be part of Thor this summer. York is really alive and lively with the warm moon, especially when the sun shines.
“It's great to create a menu with such a fun food setting, and we look forward to bringing our bold street food flavour to Thor with a subtle nod to the award-winning restaurant.”
In addition to Tommy, York's favorite Yuushi street food will be back on a fork with Asian Fusion Street Food Offering and Food Blogger York.

Amanda Monaghan, director of Thors, said: “Thor has always been about bringing people together in a great space, and I wanted to dial things this summer on Congress Street.
“The street food talent, great drinks and the atmosphere of our signature Thor party is mixed in. This is becoming our best summer. It's full of flavour, fun, and unforgettable memories.”
