Since 1956, the AA Rosette Awards have been awarded to venues in major UK restaurants and hotels.
The award highlights the evolution of the UK food scene. This is because “bottle-taking” chefs and pioneering restaurants are setting new standards for British and global cuisine.
Among the newly awarded, two restaurants received four AA rosettes and 15 were awarded three AA rosettes.

Two North Yorkshire Restaurants will receive 3 AA Rosettes in 2025
Among the three new AA rosette restaurants in the county were chef tables by Josh Burns of Ripon and Harrogate's 50-person tables.
Winning the three AA rosettes takes the restaurant to a national level of acclaim and recognizes the exceptional culinary excellence well beyond the local footprint, the award explains.
Josh Burns' chef's table has been praised by locals who write for TripAdvisor.
“A walk through the park following my morning breakfast. All the food is fantastic and the building is a spectacular and very well-maintained history.
“Not felt busy anywhere, the service was very friendly and professional. A real dul not particularly known to locals like us ourselves.”
