North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a crash on North Lane in Huntington. According to officers, the incident happened on Christmas Day around 8:45 p.m.
A red Vauxhall Corsa collided with a white car. It is believed the Vauxhall suffered damage to the rear and the white vehicle suffered damage to the front.
The driver of the white car did not stop at the scene of the crash, troopers said.
“We would like to appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision, who may have seen the white vehicle along North Lane/A1237/A64 before or after the collision, or who has relevant dashcam footage, to contact North Yorkshire Police. We are calling on you to contact us.” Force spokesperson.
