Caddick, which consists of Caddick Construction, Caddick Developments and Moda Living, has grown its net profit by 23% to £70 million and its net worth has risen to £222 million.
The Wetherby-based company praises these results for its commitment to developing, providing and operating a range of projects in the national Build Torent (BTR), dedicated student accommodation (PBSA), and housing, industrial and logistics sectors.
“We're looking forward to seeing you in the process of exploring the world,” said Paul Caddick, chairman of Caddick. “We are incredibly proud of the outcome of achieving this fiscal year, reflecting strong turnover, reflecting the efforts and dedication of our staff as we continue to build our pipeline and invest more in people.

The developer has ambitions to build 4,000 homes in Cattal between York and Knaresborough, a scheme known as Maltkiln, but reports on the progress of other schemes.
This follows the Cuddick Building in the Hudson Quarter Scheme in York, where City Council will build its first carbon zero homes in Duncomb Barracks in Clifton and Burnholm in Heworth.
A key milestone for Caddicks over the past year has opened a new headquarters for the construction division in Wakefield and been appointed as a major contractor on two major reclamation projects in Birmingham.
The development team also obtained consent from Leeds City Council in South Village. This is a £1 billion reclamation project offering 2,000 homes in the city centre, 450 hotel beds and 700,000 square feet of commercial space.
“We're committed to providing a range of services to our customers,” said Johnny Caddick, CEO of Caddick Group and Moda Living.
“We look forward to providing a comprehensive, accessible BTR scheme that not only reflects the long track record of our award-winning businesses, but also helps communities across the country thrive.”
Caddick's construction division has increased its revenue to £356 million.
“We've seen a lot of effort and we've seen you in a lot of ways,” said Paul Dodsworth, Group Managing Director of Construction Business at Caddick. “We are proud of our strong pipeline of construction work and the expansion of exceptional services to various regions.
“We have established strong relationships with our clients in this new region, continue to provide innovative and sustainable projects, grown with over 100 employees and now we can unlock new chapters of our business.”
“We're committed to providing a range of services to our customers,” said Group ESG Lead, Managing Director, Caddick's Developments Division.
“The close relationships with funders and occupyers prove truly valuable and help us maintain flexibility in a ever-changing market.
“This gives us a solid foundation for future growth, keeps meeting the needs of our communities and creates a sustainable and inclusive place for everyone.”
Last October, Caddick Group appointed Jessica Herman as Head of ESG and Sustainability.
Ms Herman led the group's “Places for Life” strategy originally launched in 2023, with the aim of prioritizing three important ESG areas of the community, environment and business.
