The Steerside Enforcement team at West Yorkshire Police shares details of the incident, including an unsupervised interim license holder.
It happened on Valley Road in Bradford.
A team spokesman said:
“As an unsupervised interim license holder, a day in court is currently beckoning all crimes.
“The vehicle has been seized.”
Operation Steeride was founded in 2016, two months after Telegraph & Argus launched its “Stop Danger Drivers” campaign.
Three years later, a dedicated team was established to tackle crime on our roads.
