Ronnie Collins, 20, of Arbor Way, Norton, pleaded guilty to providing drinks and blood samples in Malton when suspected of driving drugs, driving without insurance and driving without a license. He was banned from driving for three years and was given a 12-month community order with 15 days of rehabilitation activities and 80 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £85 prosecutor's fees and a statutory surcharge of £115.
Samuel Myers, 26, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis and using threatening behavior in Pickering. He was jailed for four weeks and was subject to a two-year restraining order.
John Michael Murray, 56, of Chapel Street in Hambleton, Selby, was banned from driving for six months by Magistrate Harrogate after pleading guilty to speeding in the 30 mph zone of Thorpe Willoughby. He was fined £447 and ordered to pay a statutory surcharge of £179 and a prosecutor's fee of £90.
Kevin Neil Simpson, 40, of Concept Court at Kettelstring Lane in Clifton Moore, was found guilty by a Cardiff magistrate of failing to file a financial year 23 K3V Talent Solutions account. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a statutory surcharge of £88 and a prosecutor's fee of £75.
