The city of York, who took part in on a first month loan before the first month, confirmed an extension of the transaction that would ensure Fadera remains at Scunthorpe until the end of the 2024/25 season.
Fadera has played seven times for Iron for promotion from National League North and scored twice.
The tricky winger has only stepped up from Gerforstown to City in the summer and enjoys regular pro football.
Federa was preseason friendly and impressed with manager Adam Hinshelwood and his friendship between the two sides, winning a trial before signing a contract with Minsterman.
During his time in York, Federa has made seven appearances in all competitions and was thriving in moving opportunities.
Hinshelwood continues his impression of Federa, telling the media previously: “He has great hopes to go to a big club on another level.
“It's a great move for everyone. As a club, we're bringing youths to really big clubs and playing in big games. He's been contributing a lot.
“It would have made his confidence a world of good.
“It is very important that they go and play with these young young people and have these experiences.
“Hopefully we can benefit from the young people who have experienced it. When he comes back to us this season or next season, we'll be in a better position for MO. I know there is.
“I wasn't at a disadvantage now with the team and how it was, in order to keep him there and continue to play him until the end of the season.
“If something happens to the player and the spot opens for him, then I think I can just remember someone like that.”
