York welcomes a Heath side who have recently been a bogey home team and are the only team to beat the hosts twice last season.
York, second in the league, were hoping to put their last-game defeat to Huddersfield behind them and keep the pressure on leaders Scunthorpe.
Heath had a poor start to the season, but up to today's game they had compiled a number of wins, including three on the fast-break, to move up to fourth in the league.
York started the match well, giving the visitors a run for their money and looked like they had scored after just a few minutes, but the referee spotted a foul and the try was disallowed.
They continued to press and were given a penalty in the first scrum, kicking it into the corner but losing the lineout and missing the chance.
Heath then had time to retain possession and put pressure on the home team, but a scrum penalty allowed York to clear to the away team's 10 meter line.
Winger Zac Burlingham then grounded out and from the break play Harry Shackleton broke to score under the posts. His conversion was successful. At the end of 30 minutes, the score was 7-0.

From the kick-off crowd favorite Lewis Jackson made his trademark Brooking run 40 meters and a few phases later Archie Fothergill scored under the posts. Shackleton converted successfully, making the score 14-0 after 33 minutes. For the home team, it was the high point of the match.
Heath then attacked and won a penalty at the York 22, but ran the ball although it was kickable, costing York a further penalty although they kept it at bay, and eventually the referee lost patience and Jonty Atkinson was given a yellow card.
Heath kicked to the 5-meter line and scored on a catch-and-drive. Conversion failed. After 36 minutes, the score was 14-5.
The visitors felt they could and should have scored again before half-time, but the pass fell to the ground. They continued to attack and York were happy to hear the referee's strike and the first half was over.
The home supporters were hopeful that the visiting side would be able to rally their team at half-time.
York started to attack in the second half, but it didn't take long for Heath to start enjoying the position and possession, linking well between the forwards and backs and putting severe pressure on York's defence.
Six minutes into the first half, after several penalties, the referee handed out another yellow card as soon as the home team was down to 15 players. Unsurprisingly, Heath opted for a scrum and utilized the extra man to score in the corner. Conversion failed. The score was now 14-10.
From the kick-off, the visitors conceded a penalty, which Shackleton easily converted to extend their lead to seven points.
It was then York's turn to concede a penalty, but Heath, who could kick, opted for a scrum and again used an extra man to score in the corner. Although the conversion failed, the difference was only two points at the 16th minute.
York then tried hard to get back into the game, conceding a penalty to the visitors near their own 22-metre line, which Shackleton converted to extend their lead to five points after 27 minutes.
Unfortunately, Heath Pack's power and size began to speak for itself. This and the change in flyhalf made the difference.
As he kicked into position, the visitors began to throttle York's development and starve the home team of possession. The first goal was a penalty, then two converted tries in the final 10 minutes to make the final score 20-32.
