The restaurant has not yet set an opening date, but the new business will be located on the corner of Moseley Street and York Street in the city centre.
They will be housed in the former Manchester and Salford Bank, a Grade II* listed building built in 1862, now known as Bond by Bruntwood Sitec.
Bruntwood Sitec will open in October 2023 at Bond, where the former banking hall, which later housed the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2001 to 2020, will be carefully rebuilt following significant investment prior to the restaurant's opening. restored to its former glory.
Originally designed by Manchester architect Edward Walters, this building is one of Manchester's most impressive Victorian architectural masterpieces.
Cut & Craft takes over the former bank room and offers a menu focused on steaks and sustainable seafood. The restaurant is available for sumptuous dinners, leisurely lunches, evening celebrations and impromptu snacks.
The restaurant is known for its special menu of carefully selected, locally raised premium steaks and fish. These are served alongside treats such as freshly shucked oysters, Exmoor caviar and hand-cut beef tartare with breaded egg yolk and sesame croutons.
Other menu items include grilled monkfish and king king scallops, as well as favorites such as fish and chips, grilled lamb cutlets and signature 10-ounce flat iron steaks, which are butchered by an in-house team of experts.

This restoration project was carried out in collaboration with Bruntwood SciTech and involved a complete reconstruction of the building.
