The Yorkshire Baker is responsible for supplying the collection's Honey Glazed Vegetable & Barbers Cheddar Galettes to retailers. Collection Butternut Squash, Brie Cheese, Caramelized Wellington. Plant Kitchen Butternut Squash and Spinach Pie.
This bakery was founded in 2008 by Gill Ridgard.
Ms Lydgard has been involved in the day-to-day running of Yorkshire Bakers for a long time and a spokesperson described her as “always on hand to share her knowledge and experience” with the team.
She spent her childhood on a farm outside Nottingham before moving to Yorkshire, where she began selling gourmet pastries to local delis and farm shops.
In 2010, Ms Lydgard began expanding her bakery as Yorkshire Bakers.
The Malton site opened in 2013 and is now the company's full-time base.
The Yorkshire Baker has been supplying M&S with a range of products since 2013, including sausage rolls, pies and this year's Christmas delicacies.
The Collection Butternut Squash, Brie and Caramel Wellington combines caramelized onions with brie and butternut squash, all housed inside a hand-grilled wellington.
