Pritam Mistry has taken on the newly created role. This hopes real estate consultants will expand their cost management client base and strengthen Yorkshire's presence.
He brought 13 years of experience to this role, previously working as Associate Director for Colliers, Paragon and Laing O'Rourke.
The Zerum Group cost management team has secured a variety of projects this year, including several housing schemes for real estate developer CountryLarge's LEEDS, as well as 800 units of co-living and BTR development at Leeds for the Solaris Real Estate.
